| Well if you tent camp like us ( not anymore but our friends do )then you'll probably get hot in the summer and then you won't want to camp at all . Well here's an Idea that works great Air condition the tent. Put the A/C in the door and seal around it with towels. I guarantee you'll sleep just fine. Or if its too hot out side just put it next to you. | ||
| We never cook in the trailer nor did we ever plan to. I took the top half of the galley and cut it in half. I moved the sink where the stove use to be and with the piece I cut off I took off the molding and the one wall and added it to the box for the sink to sit on. On the top of the bottom half of the galley I put a piece of veneer to cover the existing holes and then cut the new holes for the sink hoses. Now I can put a fridge in the empty spot and when I fold it over I have more room to store stuff. It may sound confusing but if you look at the pictures you can see how it all comes together. I wish I'd taken more pictures while I was doing it. | |
| I was reading about these front wheel chocks and didn't know why anyone would need them until one day I had a chock behind the right wheel and when I went to put one under the left the camper started to roll to the left then I understood why. The base is just a piece of plywood 1 foot by 8.5 inches. For the frame I used a 1 by 2.5 inch pine. The top and bottom frame are 8.5 inches and the 2 sides are 7 inches. The measurements don't have to be exact. | |
