Kelly Park is outstanding! You just can't
believe it unless you see it. This is another Park in Orlando right down the
road from Wekiwa Springs.
The name of the spring is Rock Springs.
The sites are nice with trees and most are close to the
bathrooms.
Swimming is excellent as is the snorkeling and tubing. GOOOO!
And one more thing............. This is Bear country. Both
nights we had one in our camp. And he was a good size one! |

This
ain't what I want. Take me back to the home page
|
| To get to the beginning of the spring run they have decks and
stairs through the woods . Just follow it to the end |

|
This is where the spring begins. The water comes out of the cave
which is protected by a cage door. The picture below was taken at night. |

|
| The river snakes through the woods. You can either tube it or
snorkel it |

|
We saw a otter on one run. |
|
|
| After about 10 or 15 minutes you come to a small island where
the water splits to the left and the right. Both ways take you to the same
place. |

|
|
|
|

|
When you come around the island you're then in the swimming area.
You can follow it down a little longer and get out at the bridge |

Here are a couple pictures underwater at the spring. |

| Not only is the water great but there are three sinkholes there
as well. This is the Deepest. The top picture is looking down and the bottom
picture is looking up. Its gotta be around 70 feet deep! |
