Camp along the Santa Fe or camp next to a spring or both.
This one is privately owned so alcohol is permitted ( Yahooo !!! ) but keep it cool and don't get stupid or they will throw you out. 
While I was there they even sprayed for mosquitoes. 
Yes there are caves and there dangerous. Gotta be certified to go in them.
Imagine waking up in the morning to this. There's a campsite right behind where the picture was taken and its sitting right on the Santa Fe as well!
This is lil devil. 40 feet down Then you can swim down this little waterway to devils Eye
The eye is about 20 feet around and drops maybe 25 feet. ( Don't quote me on any depths )

This is one of the campsite. That's the Santa Fe river behind it.
Get off I-75 at the 441 High Springs exit. Follow 441 to 27 there's a stop light there. Make a left you'll see the signs for Poe, Blue and Ginnie. On Poe Springs road make a right you'll pass Poe Springs, Blue springs and then you'll see a Sign for Ginnie Spring make right and your there. It "Just down the road" !
