I hear that in the morning you can make your own pancakes. But back in the 1800's it was used to crush sugarcane.

burned it once and then the Union Army burned it again. They finally replaced it in 1995.
These are the kettles that were used to cook down the sugarcane. That a big piece of steel.
If you like to B-B-Q and if you like to cool off in 72 degree water your probably going to like this place.
You can rent canoes and paddleboats to go down the river.
